  • Carly Waldman, MD

    Preventive Cardiology & Women’s Heart Health

    Dr. Carly Waldman is committed to providing values-based, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Her clinical interests include lifestyle and preventive cardiology, women’s cardiovascular health, and the integration of emerging technologies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

    Dr. Waldman is dedicated to empowering her patients through compassionate, evidence-based care and shared decision-making. 

    Dr. Waldman earned her medical degree through a combined program at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she also completed additional coursework in physician leadership and change management. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA, followed by a fellowship training in Cardiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. 

  • Nicolette Harlow PT, DPT

    Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

    Nicolette treats a wide range of pelvic floor conditions across the lifespan, including urinary and bowel function, sexual health, pregnancy and postpartum care, menopause, and other pelvic health concerns. She believes education is power and that pelvic health is an essential, yet often overlooked, piece of healthy living that deserves to be openly discussed and addressed.

    Nicolette Harlow is a pelvic floor physical therapist who earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from UC Santa Barbara and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University. For the past five years, she has practiced at Hoag Hospital, specializing in pelvic health, and is a certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner.

  • Kellie Williams, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, MSCP

    Women’s Health & Menopause

    Kellie Williams is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and menopause-certified practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She specializes in gynecology, perimenopause, menopause, and sexual health, providing comprehensive care to women throughout every stage of life.

    Kellie currently practices at Hoag in Newport Beach, where she combines evidence-based medicine with a compassionate, individualized approach. She is passionate about patient education and empowering women to advocate for themselves, ask informed questions, and take an active role in their healthcare decisions.
