2025 HOLIDAY GIVING

SPARK OF LOVE TOY DRIVE

Together, we can spark joy and make the Holidays brighter for local youth.

This November, the Woman’s Club is proudly partnering with the Laguna Beach Firefighters to support their annual Spark of Love Toy Drive.

We know the joy that comes from giving — and how meaningful it can be to brighten a child’s holiday.

The Club is planning to contribute over 50 new toys and invites members and friends to join us in collecting new, unwrapped gifts for children ages 13–17.

Ideas for kids 13 to 17:

Collectibles, nostalgia and “newstalgia”
Older teens are buying collectibles, trading cards, building sets. Re-released classic board games, card games, or console/handheld retro style. “Throwback” editions of toys or games (e.g., original franchise with retro packaging).
Social / party games & group experiences
Games that are fun in a group setting—friends over, sleep-overs, casual competitive games—are very appealing at this age.
Tech-enhanced / building
Building sets (e.g., advanced versions), tech toys, even VR or AR experiences.
Identity, creativity & self-expression
Customizable, visually distinctive. DIY/creative kits (art, building, maker spaces)
Physical play there’s still appetite for physical; sports/outdoor gear.

All donations will be presented to the Laguna Beach Firefighters at our Holiday Luncheon on December 12th.

Laguna Food Pantry

The Laguna Food Pantry provides free nutritious groceries to anyone in need. Supporting Families with what they need the most.
Laguna School District

Each year as school begins, we provide backpacks, school supplies, and water bottles to kids in need.
Spark of Love

Every year during the Holidays, we support the Laguna Beach Fire Fighters in giving toys to children who would otherwise go without.
Waymakers

We support this organization who helps kids of all ages find their way past conflict and crisis to strength and stability.
Friendship Shelter

The Laguna Beach Friendship Shelter helps homeless women by providing shelter and services to get back on thier feet.

Laguna Beach Food Pantry

At our Social Event on September 11th, we combined our $5,000 donation with an additional $700 and 200 lbs of non perishable food donated by our members. Ann Belyea was there to accept the donations and thank everyone for their generosity.

Pack with a Purpose

The Woman’s Club provided 40 backpacks and our Members contributed school supplies and water bottles.

At the Event on July 31st, we united to Stuff the Backpacks with essential supplies, ensuring that every child begins the school year equipped and confident. Together, we're making a real difference in our community while sharing enjoyable evenings of camaraderie.

“GALENTINES” GIVING

During the month of February we supported our “gal” friends at the Friendship Shelter.

We Provided:

Art Supplies (paint, brushes, canvas)
Hygiene Supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, toothpaste)

2024 HOLIDAY GIVING

Embracing the spirit of generosity, we enthusiastically supported the LB Firefighter's Spark of Love Campaign. Through donations and member giving we generously provided 150 gifts to children in need.

SPARK OF LOVE

In a heartfelt endeavor, we embraced 17 Families and 34 Children, aiming to sprinkle joy upon their lives during this magical Holiday Season.
